Fitness Regulation

The Fitness regulation is to formulate the rules from the fitness. Everyone who has a Fitness Subscription needs to agree on the conditions from this regulation. This also applies to the people who already subscribed…
1. The Mirror Centre is a centre which wants to provide a good balance between body and soul. The Fitness regulation is derivative of this policy and should be respected.
2. The Fitness includes the following uses:
- The techno gym power equipment on lounge 2 of Mirror Centre.
- The techno gym cardio equipment in the middle room on the second floor.
- The infra-red cabin and heat sauna, as well as the steam cabins and showers.
- The changing room on the second floor.
3. Everyone who registers for a fitness subscription, or the ones who already have a fitness membership, needs to agree with the conditions of the fitness regulation which is summarized as follow:
- Everyone is on their own responsibility in the Mirror Centre.
- The management team of Mirror Centre accepts no liability regarding consequences resulting from the use of all equipment described in section 2.
- The management team of Mirror Centre accepts no liability regarding theft or missing personal belongings.
- The management team of Mirror Centre accepts no liability regarding for the consequences of presence in the Mirror Centre.
- A registration fee of € 25, - euro’s need to be paid at the beginning of the membership.
- A deposit must be paid of € 10, - for an electronic key. This amount will be returned if the membership ends. The key most be returned undamaged.
- There will be a picture taken which we use for the membership account to identify the fitness subscription holder. Mirror Centre does not use any of these data for other purposes.
- Everyone should bring a clean towel and should use it during the exercises and in the saunas.
- The use of good shoes during the exercises is required even as good sportswear. It is not allowed to walk bare-chested.
- The subscriber must unconditionally agree to the rules of conduct of the Mirror Centre which means:
- Do not scream or make any noise.
- Do not bother other people.
- Use the shower/ sauna and steam cabins in a proper way.
- It is not allowed to smoke on the balcony or at other places in Mirror Centre.
- No sexual acts.
- No offensive comments.
- No drugs or alcohol.
- It is not allowed to bring food.
4. The subscription starts at the time of registration and expires one month later. The subscriber can decide to stop the subscription (temporarily) for a maximum of three months. Within this period the subscription can be restarted so there will be no registration fee.
5. If a subscriber for a period longer then 3 months has not activate his or her account again, the registration will expire and should there be paid again the registration fee of € 25,-.
6. If the subscription holder not sign out then he or she is forced to pay the monthly subscription fee with no right to any story’s or compensations.
7. The subscriber can use a storage locker for storing valuables. The lockers are located at the bottom of the stair. Mirror Centre offers the lockers and is not responsible for damage or theft of personal property.
8. Everyone should first be guided by one of our fitness coaches. The instruction from the sport coaches or staff members from Mirror Centre needs to be followed unconditionally.
9. Everyone should know where the fire exits are located. The fitness instructor knows all the exits and can show them. When there is trouble, danger or fire everyone should leave Mirror Centre immediately.
10. The Mirror Centre has the right to deny access to the Fitness Centre and Mirror department to people who misbehave or if the staff members from Mirror Centre say so.
